Add a root-site launch walkthrough and runnable npm project connecting request-scoped logging, actual filesystem Error/cause diagnosis, honest incident drafts, status summaries and report-backed release checks. Both a healthy build and deliberately invalid syntax build are measured; the gate passes or blocks with the actual collector exit.
Validation: six existing site tests and three real-filesystem workflow tests pass. Published npm1.0.0 integrations, redaction, missing incident facts, preserved command exits and fresh c8/Node/build receipts verified locally. CI now runs the complete workflow. Historical transcripts are labeled; local paths abbreviated. No npm package release is needed.
