Bump go 1.26.6#4541
Conversation
Sync with release-artifacts/prerelease/versioning.yaml (calver 2633): * Go toolchain: 1.26.3 -> 1.26.6 (go.mod directive; go mod tidy is a no-op beyond the directive). * Patroni: 4.1.3 -> 4.1.4 (Dockerfile.postgres). * pgAdmin4: 9.15 -> 9.17 (image-pgadmin/Dockerfile). * pgBackRest: 2.58.0 -> 2.59.0 (image-pgbackrest/Dockerfile and Dockerfile.postgres). * postgres_exporter: 0.18.1 -> 0.19.1 (image-exporter/Dockerfile download URL, tarball, and license extraction paths). * opentelemetry-collector-contrib: 0.152.0 -> 0.158.0 (image-collector/Dockerfile). pgBouncer stayed at 1.25.2 (not marked changed in versioning.yaml). pgMonitor 5.3.0 has no direct version pin in this repo. 'go build ./...' and 'go vet ./...' pass cleanly with the new toolchain. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>

Match the main-branch Go toolchain bump (see CrunchyData#4541) for the August 2026 release. Directive-only change; `go mod tidy` is a no-op past line 4 and produces no go.sum churn. Local `go build ./...` on macOS hits a pre-existing pg_query_go/v5 cgo `strchrnul` collision with the current macOS SDK; the same error reproduces on unmodified REL_5_8 at go 1.26.3, so it is unrelated to this bump. Linux CI (which is where PGO is built for release) compiles cleanly.
