The Themeisle SDK prints its "Connect your AI agent" notice as a regular
admin notice, which the dashboard hides along with every other notice. The
store now folds that notice into its notifications before the first render,
so the invitation shows in the dashboard's own notification style, first in
the list, with the SDK's node kept hidden in the DOM: the card's button
clicks the SDK opener (its modal), the X clicks the SDK dismiss (its per-user
dismissal), and the card leaves when the SDK announces a successful Enable.

Picks up the AI Connect fixes since 3.3.64: the Enable button hides once
the connector is active, the notice matches core's height, and the
"enabled" event the dashboard notification listens for.
