Remove the duplicate setting IDs

This is the second setting-glass control (and setting-font-size is duplicated below it). applySettings() reads each setting through getElementById, which resolves the earlier controls, so changing this later pair has no effect and its state is never saved. Keep only one control per ID or read the intended element.

Provide Spanish labels for fixed category titles

After choosing Spanish, clicking All Snippets or Favorites assigns titleMap[category][currentLang], but this map only has tr and en keys. In that scenario innerText is set to undefined, so the page heading visibly becomes undefined; add an es value or a fallback.

Point the UI logo at an existing asset

The header and sidebar now both reference icon.png, but this commit contains no file with that name (the available logo is icon.ico). Consequently every packaged app displays broken-image placeholders in these two logo locations; restore the ICO path or add the PNG asset.
