Update the core pin and provider-table metadata from
0.14.2to0.14.3.Do not merge until
codeboarding 0.14.3is on PyPI. Core preparation: CodeBoarding/CodeBoarding#602. The core-compatibility CI job installs from PyPI and cannot pass until publication.Validated against the exact core release commit installed from GitHub in a disposable Python 3.12 environment: all 7 provider-table checks and all 164 action tests pass.
Use a
fix:squash-merge title for the requested patch release (expected action version1.15.1). Release-please owns the action version and changelog; neither is edited here. After this merges, merge its release PR to publish and movev1.
