The repository needs a small caller workflow and a custom review rubric that maps changes in the Java clients, JDBC drivers, R2DBC, shared types, and packaging to the docs that own them. The rubric should include docs/features.md, distinguish current and legacy APIs, and report only confident missing or stale documentation.
The central worker maintains a needs-docs label and one sticky PR comment. This changes CI only and preserves the Java APIs and runtime behavior.
