OpenApiV3Builder::build() emits no paths, so v3 descriptions have zero endpoints #31

OpenApiV3Builder::build() never emits a paths key, so a generated OpenAPI v3 description contains zero endpoints — only components.schemas.

src/OpenApi/V3/OpenApiV3Builder.php, in build() (~line 92):

//$out['paths'] = $this->paths;

return $out;

The data is there and correct — addRoute() populates $this->paths and even guards against duplicate METHOD path pairs with RouteAlreadyDefined. Only the assignment that would emit it is commented out.

This looks unfinished rather than regressed (the value being commented out with the collection still fully maintained suggests work in progress), so it may be intentional-for-now. Filing it so the state is recorded rather than rediscovered.

Worth checking before uncommenting: whether $this->paths[$path][$method] = true was meant to hold the operation object rather than a boolean — as stored, emitting it directly would produce {"/pets": {"get": true}}, which is not valid OpenAPI.

Found during the coverage work in #28, which deliberately left OpenAPI V3 untested on the grounds that it should be fixed before its output is pinned by tests.
