Updates the birmingHack site content for 2026 by restoring the HackathonsUK partner entry and improving how ticket/sponsor sections are displayed based on configuration.

show_sponsorsfront-matter flag and gate the Sponsors section behind it. - Update Tickets section to render different content depending on
page.tickets.releasedand update copy to “2026”. - Re-add HackathonsUK under Partners and update the footer copyright year to 2026.
