What

Version bump so npm users get the sale snippet fixes from #41. npm has 0.1.0 from 15/06; #41 (18/10) is the only source change since then.

• @affitor/recipes 0.1.0 → 0.1.1 (package.json + lockfile).
• New packages/recipes/CHANGELOG.md.

What ships (snippet text only; no change to exports or types):

• Stripe Checkout sale: report only when the session has an Affitor customer key; otherwise warn and return, so the webhook never fails and Stripe never retries it.
• Stripe renewal: same guard; reads the Basil path first.
• Paddle sale: skip orders without custom_data.user_id or with a $0 total instead of throwing.

@affitor/mcp and @affitor/cli depend on ^0.1.0, so a fresh install picks this up without their own release.

Checks

• Build + vitest 25/25.
• npm pack --dry-run: 6 files, 8.7 kB.
• Clean install of the published @affitor/mcp@0.2.3 with this tarball: npm ls resolves recipes 0.1.1, and affitor_get_integration_plan (next-app, s2s) returns the guarded snippet with the warning.
