Introducing PatchWRK Scanner — Public Beta Now Available 🚀
Your APIs change. Your code stays ready.
Today, we're introducing PatchWRK Scanner, a free, open-source developer tool built to help developers understand the third-party API integrations their applications depend on.
Third-party APIs evolve. SDKs change, endpoints are deprecated, and AI models are retired. Understanding where those integrations exist in your code is an important first step toward keeping applications compatible.
That's where PatchWRK starts.
What PatchWRK Scanner does today
The experimental beta helps developers:
The Scanner is experimental. Detection coverage is limited, and findings do not guarantee that an application is affected or broken.
Our bigger vision: PatchWRK Cloud
We're building toward the AI maintenance engineer for APIs.
PatchWRK Cloud is planned to help developers monitor API changes, understand their impact on specific code, prepare targeted AI-assisted repairs, verify proposed fixes, and create GitHub pull requests for human review.
Our primary focus is Impact Intelligence: connecting changes announced by API providers to the actual application code that may be affected, with evidence and clear uncertainty.
Cloud monitoring, AI repairs, and automated verification are future capabilities. They are not available today.
We're looking for early testers
If you're building applications with third-party APIs, we'd love your feedback.
We're especially interested in learning:
