Subject: [PATCH] chore(deps): bump @maxgraph/core from 0.24.0 to 0.25.0

The versions of this repository follow the maxGraph ones, so the examples must use maxGraph 0.25.0 before releasing
0.25.0 here.

No source change is needed: the breaking changes of 0.25.0 move the cell handler factory methods to the
SelectionCellsHandler plugin, and the examples do not override any of them.
