From 91579afd6b840a5ca26ea753b13c7c55d042bd42 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Daniel Ehrhardt Date: Sun, 11 Oct 2026 14:51:09 +0200 Subject: [PATCH 1/3] Agent templates for every department, with all-in-one agents and full org charts 118 role templates in one file per department: leadership, finance, legal, people, marketing, sales, customer service, e-commerce, product and design, engineering and IT, data and operations. Each department has an all-in-one agent that covers every job in it (new covers field), a lead and its specialists. New instructions stay short: the goal, what the job covers and where the limits are. New structures: an all-in-one company (CEO plus one agent per department), a full company with every role, a hardware company, reworked startup, SaaS, online shop and agency charts, and a team per department. --- packages/core/src/agents/teams.ts | 289 +++++++- packages/core/src/agents/templates.ts | 674 ------------------ .../core/src/agents/templates/customer.ts | 136 ++++ packages/core/src/agents/templates/data.ts | 111 +++ .../core/src/agents/templates/ecommerce.ts | 150 ++++ .../core/src/agents/templates/engineering.ts | 307 ++++++++ packages/core/src/agents/templates/finance.ts | 251 +++++++ packages/core/src/agents/templates/index.ts | 26 + .../core/src/agents/templates/instructions.ts | 27 + .../core/src/agents/templates/leadership.ts | 195 +++++ packages/core/src/agents/templates/legal.ts | 117 +++ .../core/src/agents/templates/marketing.ts | 456 ++++++++++++ .../core/src/agents/templates/operations.ts | 244 +++++++ packages/core/src/agents/templates/people.ts | 133 ++++ packages/core/src/agents/templates/product.ts | 147 ++++ packages/core/src/agents/templates/sales.ts | 239 +++++++ packages/core/test/agents.test.ts | 13 +- packages/core/test/teams.test.ts | 35 +- packages/shared/src/api.ts | 32 +- 19 files changed, 2859 insertions(+), 723 deletions(-) delete mode 100644 packages/core/src/agents/templates.ts create mode 100644 packages/core/src/agents/templates/customer.ts create mode 100644 packages/core/src/agents/templates/data.ts create mode 100644 packages/core/src/agents/templates/ecommerce.ts create mode 100644 packages/core/src/agents/templates/engineering.ts create mode 100644 packages/core/src/agents/templates/finance.ts create mode 100644 packages/core/src/agents/templates/index.ts create mode 100644 packages/core/src/agents/templates/instructions.ts create mode 100644 packages/core/src/agents/templates/leadership.ts create mode 100644 packages/core/src/agents/templates/legal.ts create mode 100644 packages/core/src/agents/templates/marketing.ts create mode 100644 packages/core/src/agents/templates/operations.ts create mode 100644 packages/core/src/agents/templates/people.ts create mode 100644 packages/core/src/agents/templates/product.ts create mode 100644 packages/core/src/agents/templates/sales.ts diff --git a/packages/core/src/agents/teams.ts b/packages/core/src/agents/teams.ts index 4f04a507..d35cffc2 100644 --- a/packages/core/src/agents/teams.ts +++ b/packages/core/src/agents/teams.ts @@ -1,7 +1,7 @@ /** * Ready-made structures (GET /api/team-templates), built from the agent templates and installed in one go with their - * reporting lines: a team (a lead and its reports) or a whole company (a CEO, its executives and their teams) — the - * way a company starts a department instead of hiring one person at a time. + * reporting lines: a team (a lead and its reports) or a whole company (a CEO, its executives and their teams, or one + * all-in-one agent per department) — the way a company starts a department instead of hiring one person at a time. */ import type { Agent, AgentTemplate, OrgTemplateNode, TeamInstallInput, TeamInstallResult, TeamTemplate, Workspace } from "@godmode/shared"; import { audit } from "../services/audit"; @@ -17,7 +17,101 @@ const log = logger("teams"); const seat = (template: string, ...reports: OrgTemplateNode[]): OrgTemplateNode => (reports.length ?
