Subject: [PATCH] Describe the artifact in the POM

Without a description the generated site homepage inherits the parent's -
"The Plexus project provides a full software stack for creating and
executing software projects" - which describes the retired IoC container
rather than this artifact. Central shows the same text.

Wording follows the README opening.
