fix: make macOS binary interfaces importable

Summary

• Keep private AppKit overrides in NSHostingView out of exported Swift interfaces so the macOS binary package can load with the public SDK.
• Verify the binary package Example on iOS, macOS, and visionOS using the complete release XCFramework build.
• Retain separate platform logs and result bundles, and check that a failure on any platform fails the gate without skipping the remaining checks.

Fixes #1190.
