ci: isolate iOS snapshot test simulators

Summary

• Create a fresh, unbooted iOS simulator for each snapshot recording and verification invocation so parallel workers do not copy protected Spotlight data from a reused device.
• Pass the new device UDID to Xcode while preserving UI test parallelism and the existing interaction test settings.
• Clean up only the owned source devices and parallel workers, retain ownership records if cleanup fails, and cover selection and failure paths with action tests.
