chore: bump Compute to 0.6.0

Update the default Compute source and binary versions to 0.6.0, which fixes observer removal after subgraph invalidation. Update the XCFramework checksum and package manifest fingerprint.

Validation: Both package manifest configurations select 0.6.0, and the binary checksum matches the downloaded release archive.
