Vouch request: zcsizmadia

[zcsizmadia]

What do you want to work on?

I'm an active maintainer of the Apache Avro C# library and I am working on several open-source C# projects, and also review and discuss C# issues there regularly.

My main interests are modern, high-performance .NET and tooling libraries, related to AI, high-throughput and GPU processing):

Here are some of my projects I work on regularly :

• Apache Avro C# library
• AvroSharp: a Native AOT-friendly .NET implementation of the Avro specification, with source-generated serializers and codecs.
• Some of my zcsizmadia favorit repositories: C# libraries such:
  • RocksDb.Net
  • Lzma.Net: Fully managed XZ C# library
  • NVMath.Net
  • PyDotNet
  • Snappiest
• WSL tools:
  • wslkit: Tools for WSL2, written in Go and C++
  • Skrog: License free Docker engine for WSL

I would like to contribute to implement a .NET SDK for OpenShell (as complete as posible). I opened #4392 with a proposal, it cover the same user facing API as the Go, Rust, TypeScript, and Python SDKs.

Why this change?

As a C# developer, I want a first-party OpenShell SDK for .NET
