Fix GitHub Pages deployment so the 26Q3.5 branch is deployed from the repository root, including the latest Liquid Glass 3D changes. Also disables the duplicate automatic Pages workflow trigger.

Deploy the static site instead of the Electron root

When this workflow runs on 26Q3.5, uploading . makes Pages serve the repository-root index.html. That page loads renderer.js, whose first statement calls require('electron'); require is undefined in a normal browser, so its initialization aborts. The browser-ready Pages implementation is under docs/ (docs/index.html loading docs/script.js), so the deployed site is currently nonfunctional.

Define tests before publishing the package

For every created release, the build job stops here because package.json defines no test script. npm test therefore exits with Missing script: "test", so publish-npm, which depends on this job, never reaches npm publish.

Use the checked-in icon asset

This changes the titlebar image to icon.png, but this commit contains no tracked icon.png (the available application icon is icon.ico). Both this reference and the matching sidebar reference therefore render as broken images in the desktop app.

Keep each setting control uniquely identified

The modal now renders another setting-glass control (and another setting-font-size below it) after the originals. applySettings() reads these by document.getElementById, which resolves the first controls above, so using either newly added lower control only changes its own visual state while the old value is reapplied and persisted.
