Layout panel "builders"

Sierra 4.9.5 introduces a simplified version of the "builder" model from earlier releases. It provides an alternative in cases where markup might be overkill, such as cell renderers. The builder callbacks allow a caller to easily configure a newly created component instance without compromising readability:

                label.putClientProperty("FlatLaf.styleClass", "h4");
